Holiday Lights Decor LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you submit a franchise application, contact form, or quote request, we collect your name, email, phone, and any message content. When you visit the site, we collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited).

How we use it

We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry, operate our business, and send related follow-ups. We do not sell your information. Google Analytics is used in aggregated form for site improvement.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your estimate and your service, quote ready, install date, crew on the way, completion, invoice and payment link, and takedown scheduling. These are service messages about work on your own property. We do not send marketing text campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the stage of your project. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent until you ask to resume by replying START or UNSTOP.

We collect SMS consent through the optional, unchecked checkbox on our forms, such as https://holidaylightsllc.com/sms-opt-in, or verbally by phone after our support agent reads the same disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
